Boating

We love to get up early in the morning and drive to Marina di Carrara for breakfast …and a visit to Panificio Chelotti Dino, Via Venezia, 29! The marble looks like snow on the mountain tops.

We then head on to Fiumaretta di Ameglia to hire a boat from www.nolomar.net and make our way to Porto Venere. Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch there or picnic on the boat and then tie up for an ice cream and explore. There will be plenty of opportunities to drop your anchor and swim in turquoise bays en route.
